  • 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) Blue Raspberry Jello Mix
  • 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) Lemon Jello Mix
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz / 480 ml) Boiling Water
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz / 240 ml) Cold Water
  • 1 cup (about 150 g) Gummy Fish and Sea Creatures
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz / 240 ml) Whipped Cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp (about 30 g) Blue and White Sprinkles (optional)
  • 810 Clear Plastic Cups (8 oz / 240 ml each)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, pour 2 cups (16 fl oz) of boiling water over both the blue raspberry and lemon jello powders. Stir gently but thoroughly for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup (8 fl oz) of cold water and mix well to combine.
  3. Carefully pour the jello mixture into clear plastic cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  4. Place the cups on a flat surface in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once the jello is set, top each cup with a handful of gummy fish and sea creatures.
  6. If using homemade whipped cream, beat cold heavy cream with a tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Spoon or pipe a generous layer of whipped cream over the gummies to resemble ocean foam.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle blue and white sprinkles over the whipped cream for extra sparkle.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh jello packets for best results. Do not rush chilling to ensure perfect texture. Add gummies just before serving to avoid sogginess. For dairy-free, substitute whipped cream with coconut whipped topping. Layering jello and gummies creates a 3D ocean effect. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator up to 3 days; avoid freezing.
