Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: Measure out 1 cup (90g) of rolled oats, 1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter, 1/4 cup (85g) honey, 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup (45g) mini chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir gently to evenly disperse.
