Instructions

  1. Trim the pork tenderloin by removing the silver skin with a sharp knife and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to make the honey garlic sauce.
  3. Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
