This Easy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip is a quick, no-bake dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, sweet apples, and rich caramel in just five minutes. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a crowd-pleaser that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium apples, finely diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
  • Apple slices, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, or shortbread cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples: Wash and dry the apples. Dice them into small, bite-sized pieces (about 1/4 inch). Toss in a small bowl with lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir to coat evenly and set aside.
  2. Soften the cream cheese: If not at room temperature, microwave the cream cheese in 10-second bursts until soft but not warm.
  3. Beat the cream cheese: Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides.
  4. Add the powdered sugar: Add powdered sugar to the cream cheese. Beat on low speed to avoid a sugar cloud, then increase to medium and beat until fully incorporated, about 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides again.
  5. Add the heavy cream and vanilla: Pour in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until light, fluffy, and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. The mixture should be thick and hold its shape.
  6. Fold in the apples: Add the diced apples to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold with a spatula until evenly distributed. Do not overmix.
  7. Swirl in the caramel: Spoon caramel sauce over the top of the dip. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl it through, creating a marbled effect. Do not fully mix in.
  8. Chill (optional but recommended): Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly. Can be served immediately if desired.
  9. Finish and serve: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if using. Transfer to a serving bowl and arrange dippers around it.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and ensure it is fully softened. Dice apples small (pea-sized) for easy scooping. The dip can be made up to 24 hours ahead; add caramel swirl and salt just before serving. If dip is too runny, chill for an hour or beat in extra powdered sugar. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut cream.
