  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caramelized Peach Swirl: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbly. Add sliced peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peaches soften and sugar caramelizes into a sticky golden syrup. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  2. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer or hand whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the Base Ingredients: Gently fold sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the whipped cream using a spatula. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Layer the Ice Cream and Peach Swirl: Spoon half of the ice cream base into a freezer-safe container. Dollop half of the cooled caramelized peach mixture over it and gently swirl with a knife or skewer. Repeat with remaining ice cream base and peach swirl.
  5. Freeze the Ice Cream: Cover the container tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping for easier serving.
