Instructions

  1. Crush about 12 buttery cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or heavy glass. Set aside.
  2. Beat 8 oz (225 g) softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy using an electric mixer or whisk.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup (320 g) strawberry jam with a spatula, creating a marbled effect without overmixing.
  4. Spoon a layer of crushed cookies (1 to 2 tablespoons) into the bottom of each serving cup.
  5. Add a generous dollop of the strawberry cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie base. Repeat layers if cups are tall enough.
